Dr. Destiny Diggs is a pioneering force in gospel music, media, and philanthropy, known for her global impact and unwavering commitment to integrity, excellence, and community transformation. Rooted in a rich musical heritage—her father, Dr. Gary Diggs, is a noted musician, songwriter, and producer, her Uncle James Viner, the founder of the beloved Tri-State Mass Choir, and her grandmother Patty Russell led the 1960s R&B group Patty & The Emblems—However, Dr. Destiny Diggs is forging her own legacy. She is a trailblazer in gospel radio with over 13 years of broadcasting experience and a two-time Stellar Award winning radio programmer.
Dr. Destiny Diggs previously hosted the historic All Night Gospel Radio Show for Beasley Broadcasting Group at the age of 20 years old. She currently serves as Vice President of Network Programming at the multi-Stellar Award-winning Reach Gospel Radio, where she also hosts the widely acclaimed Say So Radio Show. At 28, she was the youngest nominee for the Stellar Gospel Announcer of the Year award and is the youngest programmer in gospel radio to date. She has interviewed major artists including CeCe Winans, Yalonda Adams, Twinkie Clark, Karen Clark-Sheard, Keith Pringle, Donald Lawrence, Adam Blackstone and many more.
Her business, YoungBlackSuccessful, LLC. and podcast, The Young Black Successful Podcast with Destiny, have been recognized by NBC as trusted resources for emerging leaders. Dr. Destiny Diggs has traveled internationally to speak and mentor in cities like Sydney, Australia and Madrid, Spain. She’s been honored with numerous accolades, including a City of Camden proclamation, a Marquis Who’s Who in America, Stellar Awards Gospel Announcer of the Year Nominee (2025), an honorary Doctorate in Sacred Music (2025), and induction into the Gospel Music Hall of Fame (2025). She is also an active member of The Stellar Gospel Music Association, the Gospel Industry Coalition, and the Gospel Music Association (The Dove Awards).

In 2014, Gary Diggs, passed the baton to his daughter Destiny, with the intention to elevate the brand and seek new opportunities. Destiny continues to follow her father’s blueprint and continue the legacy.
