The mission of Called to Refresh is to spiritually refresh and cultivate prepared, principled, and purpose-driven musicians, producers, songwriters, worship leaders, and artists. We are committed to strengthening those in the music ministry through biblical principles and education in leadership, instrumentation, vocals, and production, while equipping them with the tools and insight needed to navigate both the church and music industry.

We emphasize the importance of character and stewardship, understanding that talent may create opportunity, but character is what sustains it. By connecting creatives with professionals in the music industry, as well as experts in wellness, financial literacy, life insurance, and real estate, we aim to develop the whole person—spiritually and holistically—so they are not only gifted, but equipped to steward their calling and refreshed to live the victorious life they play, write, and sing about.

Inspired by 1 Samuel 16:23, where David’s music brought healing and restoration to Saul, Called to Refresh reminds musicians and creatives that their gifts carry an assignment to refresh. Just as David was called to refresh the Lord’s people through his music, we believe today’s musicians and artists are also called to bring healing, empowerment, and transformation through the gifts God has placed within them.
